Donation Refund Policy

STARCK Foundations is grateful for your donation to support our charitable activities.

We understand, however, that there may be instances where you wish to request a refund.

If an unauthorized transaction occurred due to a security breach or a technical error, you may request a refund.

If you accidentally make duplicate donations, we will refund the excess amount.

For all other refund requests, please contact us with the details of your donation, and we will assess your request on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@starckfoundations.com within 48 HRS or 2 days of the donation.

Refund will be processed to your bank & shall reflect to your original mode of payment in 7 working days

Include your name, contact information, donation amount, and the reason for your refund request.

We will process refund requests promptly and, if approved, return the donation amount using the original payment method.
